What could be behind wikileaks ???

Typical Hollywoodish, thts the first impression I get when i hear about Wiki leaks. A mysterious organisation hacking into the highly secure classified and confidential documents and publishing them.  The founder or editor in chief Julian Assange, born 1971, is an Australian and an ethical hacker who has written books. I am not going to talk about the issues tht wikileaks has dealt with but what i am trying to do is to apply common sense approach.

My theory.

Developed Nations are under sever stress financially. Their development is at an all time low causing widespread  unemployment, jealousy and hatred towards other nations. Ask anybody how some countries became developed 60 years ago, when many countries have not even seen the light of the day with rich resources. The so called developed nations knew two things better Manufacturing and trade.

War a boon.

Countries tried to steal what the others had best. As a result it caused chaos, confusions, cultural issues and separatisms. Small fights leading to wars. Wars became a boon to these nations, started setting up huge manufacturing facilities to manufacture arms, ammunitions, food, clothes, vehicles... As they say necessity is the mother of invention, the war created lot of opportunities to invent, test and manufacture. .Countries that not even had any link to the issue tht had created wars started seeing that as an opportunity to grow and started supporting the other countries.. The wars rapidly catapulted few nations due to the opportunities that war had created for their people.  This is why a meal in this developed nations can be equated to 10 meals in countries like India. Or a normal meal cost is equal to a 5 star meal.

I disagree that wars created depression, they created economic power houses.

The situation now

There are no major wars now. Countries have become educated and apprehensive about involving into wars due to the loss. Now what can the developed nations do, they have huge manufacturing facilitiies set up... how much will government spend to keep it in operation. They have to convert them from cost center to profit center. That can happpen only wars occur. Developing countries have struggled their way up to develop without using 'Wars' or 'Destructions'. They can easily survive without wars.

But what about developed nations, they need to trade their manufactured goods inturn for money..  Developing nations have become self sufficient and the under privileged nations are fullly controlled and used.
The developed nations were so selfish and greedy for money that they forgot to take care of their home and children and failed to have a family. Thats taking a huge toll, for eg UKs has more colleges than kids... they colleges are filled with other nationals and they survive with the money they bring in. Now rules getting stringent and education visas being curbed, there was only one way to deal with the shortage and thats rising the education fees..for which they are already facing the heat wiith the wide spread protests all across UK.

Why Wikileaks now ??

Now coming back to the topic. We all know and even America accepted that war againt Iraq was base less as they found no bio weapons. And also afghan war taking a toll, developed countries are left with limited options to revive from recession. As countries have become intelligent it has become hard to create a war like scenario. This is why they silently support and fund pakistans in the pretext of helping them set bas to wage war aginst Afghan.. I truly found no beleif in working out an exact strike at WTC towers by guys sitting in an mountain in afghan. It was staged so tht, US can enter into afghan to exploit the oil resources, the same applies for Iraq too.. Also it was a double boon by gaining access into pak and aggravate the enemity within India and Pak.  Like the stagin of 9/11 attack, now wikileaks is also staged by the top conspirators to develop a war scenario. But i guess,  this is only going to backfire.

Its a known fact that top hackers and criminal master minds find a special place in the US intelligence. I am not saying tht its impossible for a security breach, but its easier when it is staged by them, So tht they can release only the info tht they want others to see. Its going to be a cake walk for the security experts to trace down the people behind and arrest them. Interpol arrest warrant for Julian for a sex crime is only laughable as they did not find any other reasons to issues a global arrest warrant.. Another eyewash... Even if the rival nations sit to gether and sort out the issues.. the developed nations will go totally job less and face the most extreme threat of extinction due the financial crisis.

Sonia Gandhi

I wanted to write a blog about Madam Sonia Gandhi for a long time. The controversial novel and the movie Rajneeti just reminded me that I should write about her. I feel so privileged and honoured.

I was thinking when was my first link with her.. It should be in the early 1990's much before she entered Indian political scene. I was probably 10 year old then,, when my parents took me to Delhi, to spend vacation at my uncle's place and happened to visit the Indira Gandhi museum where i saw pics of beautiful white gal along with Rajiv Gandhi.. then i visited the same place during my college days and admired how beautiful she was.

I searched wiki to get a trivia abt her

Edvige Antonia Albina Maino is her original name born in Italy , 9  Dec 1946.  (cant beleive she is 64 now..) Rajiv met Sonia in city of cambridge in a Greek restaurant and married her in 1968. As they say rest is history, to me its a legend.

Rajiv & Sonia did not get involved in pollitics and led a normal life with Rajiv working as a pilot and Sonia , a happy house wife taking care of their two children. Assasination of  Indira Gandhi and death of Rajiv's brother Sanjay forced Rajiv into active politics. The Nehru family was instrumental in building India post independence. More bad things were in store for the Nehru household, when Rajiv was assasinated by LTTE for his stand which LTTE said was the worst decision they had ever taken. LTTE though fought for a good cause, after this incident lost any and all support from the staunch supporters of LTTE s cause which had a bitter end recently. ( Story of LTTE is something which is still on my mind for blog, i am not tht educated enough to comment on that)

Back to where I had begun, a normal Italian girl with no ambitions to even look at politics had to enter into Indian Politics. She could have gone back to Italy or lead a non political life. Its not a family who earn their bread and butter out of politics like thousands of politicians in India. An MLA or MP ticket or even a local councillor ticket is enough for them to legally become millionaires and industrialists.. A woman who has seen her mother in law assasinated and before she could recover from shock her loving husband was assasinated, its indeed a brave move.

why Sonia, why did you have to take this scum on your head? , why did you  risk your life?, why did you think of us when they were not ready to accept you as an Indian and humiliated you in all possible ways? Why did not you remarry ? Why dint you go back to Italy ? Why did you take the pain to recreate a totally devastated Congress  Why why why ...

When the congress opposition used all their might to create parties for all dominant castes, and get sponsor and votes from them.. artificially creating communal disruptions to win votes... while the congress party senior members were busy fighting among themselves for leadership.. She had to step in to organize.. She took the pains to learn Hindi, she took over the reins and gained the support of masses.. she won.. Running an national party is not a joke.. and winning the elections hands down. would have just sent guilt feelings for the insecular parties trying to play with religions and castes.........

Above all after winning the elections she did what nobody could have ever imagined.. It was all set for Sonia to step in as Prime Minister of India no one could have ever questioned or raised their voice.. But she made Manmohan Singh as Prime minister , probably the most learned PM any country to have.. people fighting for power and seats  should just learn from the most powerful woman in Indian history..

again Why Sonia? why u did this ? why did you choose the Road less travelled ??

As they say, there are lot of questions that will never be answered,, probably autobiograhy of Sonia will only answer.

Selfless people are always an admiration and inspiration ....

Octopus Paul predictions

It might be strange.. but looks like i have theory for octopus answers.. Paul rests on the box which is left to him .. thts when we see the video or pics it always sits on the right side.. probably the octobus is comfortable turning to the left... but guess once it has done it the reverse way... so exceptions are bound to be there..

Deccan 360 - Captain Strikes Back

No No No.. its not the name of any movie.  I have been recently seeing a lot of Deccan 360 cars running around in the city, but i just thought its another courier company. When i was casually browsing jobs at Naukri, i stopped at a marketing manager requirement from Deccan 360, then i got little curious to see what is the back ground. It is think tank Captain Gopinaths new venture after successfully carrying out the aviation business. Now i know its not just another courier company, its going to be the DHLs and Fedexs from India with love. All the best sir. I am getting little interested towards brand management now. talking abt DHL... DHL has an interesting history, will bog abt it later...

Pranav Mistry , Sixth Sense technology and differently abled people

I have been hearing abt Pranav Mistry's ground breaking Sixth Sense technology for a long time, but never saw his presentation on TED.

What Pranav is trying to commercialise is a wearable device with a camera, which converts any surface into a computing device, intelligent enough to understand whatever it sees and provide info on the same.. Its a bridge between Physical and virtual world..

http://www.ted.com/talks/pranav_mistry_the_thrilling_potential_of_sixthsense_technology.html

Absolutely mind blowing presentation from Pranav.. But one thing stole my heart, which could be the most useful thing humans have ever built.

Answering the questions pranav says, NGOs in India have full faith tht this technology could assist differently abled people and they have asked Pranav to check the feasibility... Imagine people without vision, getting all the details in front of them as an audible.. Hearing impaired people can see whatever the person talks in front of him... People who are deprived of their speech could communicate easily with people ... they can lead a life which will be closer to normal..

Hope Pranav could help those millions of differently abled people in their life... As he says Imagination is the only limit....

good luck pranav on ur endeavour.. urs is an innovation tht will truly be remembered forever...

Spoiling India's name

Some of the events lately in my life has prompted me to write this..

My cousin had visited a tourist place near Bangalore, and took some pics and uploaded in Facebook. I neverr knew, one pic could spark an discussion ranging from racism to politics to taxation to culture. It was the picture of the entrance fees. A simple board which says

Entrance Fees
Indians 5 Rs
Foreigners 100 Rs

Now u get it. A pen pal of my cousin started the debate saying its very unfair. Obvious its slapped on ur face. Foreigners has to pay 20 times more to see the same thing. Indian friends were not ready to give up India's pride in front of a foreigner, they started to talk economics, world business, saying Indians are not compensated properly and foreigners are given good salary and their currency value is also good. What was asked was a very simple question, why should a foreigner pay 20 times more than an Indian. Why do we need to anwer it in the most complex way rather just accept the fact thts truly unfair and discrimination. I am 100% confident that this extra money is not going to contribute anything to the industry. The industry needs innovation and new ideas to be put in place to woo the tourists.

I am not sure about other countries, but i am pretty confident that this is not the case anywhere else.

Tourism is the gateway to a culture of country. People tend to relate whatever they see and experience in the short visit, and come to a conclusion. In the recent Oscar award winning movie " Slumdog Millionaire", there is a scene in which the little boy cheats the foreign couple and says this is true india. This scene affected the sentiments of Indians, saying we are shown in a very degraded way. India being a beautiful tourism location, needs to be more friendly to our guests from other countries and make them feel comfortable. There is a lot of scope in developing tourism in India. India is the hot destination for everything, just a simple thrust will make it the most preferred destination for anyone...

In UK, while you walk down a busy street, u see out of 10 only 4 wud be brit, 3 wud be asians, 2 wud be africans and 2 would be europeans. I dont deny the racial discrimination, but it doesnt stop people to go to UK. The standard of life is improved, people can do any job and lead a normal life unlike India.. Where u need to work hard to lead a normal life. India badly needs some branding and also lot of new developments...

My weird experiences - Paranormal

Title could sound interesting... but i am not going to blog abt ghosts and aliens although they interest and scare me equally.. Warning; it might sound silly at the end but i am just recording events in my life.

This is a collection of weird experiences tht happened recently in my life.. I am a strong beleiver about the paranormal world. Paranormal is something that one can experience out of ordinary. ( Iam not referring to the hang over situation here) ...

Paranormal Scene 1:
I work for an IT company in an non-technical role , its an marketing profile. Marketing is a function which is cheaper in India rather in UK. Guys in IT know, people in technical role have higher chances of going abroad to work in client location. So i was fortunate or unfortunate to get one such job as my company's key activities are in UK. So coming to the point, i did not even have 1 % chance to go to UK. But inside I had a very deep desire to go to during this time just for one reason my close friends, my cousin and my brother's family are there. So whats the big deal.. when i did not even have 1% chance for my profile to take me over to UK, the strong desire inside me or the waves has affected the atmosphere around me which created an opportunity out of nothing. One can say it is Godly or its natural or destiny.. But to me it is paranormal.. there are some waves around everyone that influences the external world or communicates indirectly..

Paranormal scenario 2.
Going to UK was just one thing, i wanted to see Scotland.. However we did make an attempt. My friends and I planned to visit another school mate in Newcastle( I stay near London). New castle is bit nearer to Scotland. it was his bday.. It was christmas eve, and we celebrated his bday and the next day we were passed off... My friend was against going to edinburgh saying its bit far and need to plan ahead and this and that.. he bought a new car and probably he did not want to risk going on a long distance.. We then planned to go out to Newcastle night clubs which are world famous and my colleagues had advised me not to miss the fun... and I was going to stay 4 days there so had 90 % probable.. But inside my heart , i had a feeling that i will not get to see it.. On the christmas day night when we were actually planning to go to a night club, Unusually my friends room mates who are bit senior and closer to us decided suddenly that we willl go to Isle of Skye.. wow.. this was what i was expecting.. we did not even think how bad or good its gonna be as it was peak winter time, and no one will advise a trip to scotland due to heavy snow showers... To our surprise the snow had calmed down and the climate was absolutely perfect... its a boon in disguise... there is a place called neist point about 60 miles away from where we stayed.. by the time we reached tht place, it got completely dark.. and cud not see anything... As it was far everybody decided to head back home and see places on the way.. but still my heart was in visiting the place again and spend the whole day but i did not want to talk against them as they might feel bad.. next day we all got ready and i was thinkin tht we r heading bak but tp my surprise every1 decided to go to the same place again and we had the most wonderful time there...

Concluding notes....
There are certain things in life which happens out of normal. you just have to strongly believe in it... . Probably love is one such thing.. Love is a paranormal activity.. it happens out of nowhere.. there r also lot of other silly things like, whenever i try to take leave, i plan well in advance but to my horror there will always be an important work on tht day I wud have been idle the other days.. water in the tank gets empty when i am in the middle of the shower.. the list goes on..

Why iPad will be a huge success in I

Apple iPad review

The Hunt.

Apple iPad... Until a week back i never knew, Apple's gonna be announcing the next big thing to the world. Thanks to Youtube again for giving me hints on this one which made me freak out until i get to know what it is. I started my hunt to get a glimpse of the picture of the Apple's surprise, before it was going to be publicly announced and i did get it and was simply waiting tht it cud be real. And Apple's tight lipped strategy, made the enthusiasits imagination go wild and everyone started creating their own version of Apple's next product (Probably their idea might be Apple may listen and recruit them). If you are in Tamil Nadu, its like Rajni's next movie, tight lipped about the story, and the rumours go around creating a 1000 versions of the movie. But the truth is one rumour is always real.

The invite
Everyone where aware that Apple is making a tablet pc, and its called iSlate or iPad. Even Microsoft and HP are working together and unveiled what they call HP slate with windows 7 on it. 27 Jan 2010- Apple decided to announce it to the world with an simple invite that says "Come see our latest invention". Wow what an humble invite from the worlds most admired company.

The Apple iPad making

Apple call it the iPad. Apple has spent years in creating and perfecting the iPhone and its almost at the peak of its glory now. It has created one of the biggest communities ever in human history and who have made 140,000 Apps for just iphone. and iPod forced the music industry to work the iTunes way. Some say HTC pioneered the touch technology and nokia was the last to adopt it i dont deny it but who reaps the benefit of the technology. So Apple did guess touch screens is going to be the future or force it to be the future. In my opinion, Apple never eats any competition, they just create a new a space for them. Apple doesnt make a 100s of products every year. They made iPod, iPhone, iPod Touch. Coming back to iPhone, Apple wanted to tone it down and gave the iPod Touch to us which was iPhone - Phone - Camera to cater to the entertainment world. And no doubt it was a huge hit.

Now what..

Apple created a revolutionary new technology product, and obviously they had to leverage on it. So ipods priced at USD 300 , iphones priced at USD 500 - 700, Macs priced at USD 800 - 1000. If u did remove the iPhone from the portfolio there is a huge gap. If u ask 100 people an simple question what do u do most with an computer, 80% are likely to reply Browse, Watch movies, listen to music, play games. This is when people started encouraging netbooks(Asus started it and every1 including Sony, Dell, HP, Acer where in the league but not apple), which were nofrills laptop at the price of laptop and gives these facilities. But something was missing, its still an smaller version of laptop.

So what if Apple gave something at the price of an netbook, something more attractive and does all the basic things. iPad is born. Bigger than iphone unlocked 3 g enabled versopns. It has all the basic features tht one would expect and at a price spot on, its gonna be 100% success.it is going to create a new spce for itself.

Isle of Skye, Scotland, Travelogue

This is a travelogue dedicated for Scotland Visitors. I am one of the fortunate guys chosen by God to see the beauty of Isle Of Skye, in its absolute beauty.. It was Christmas 2009, worst time to visit Isle of Skye, i havent even heard of its name till then. I was in my friends place at Newcastle, to celebrate his birthday and enjoy Newcastle. But his room mates, some of the best mates seen in my life had some other plans. At 10 Pm in the night of Christmas they decided to go to this place called Isle of Skye, and as usual I was game for roaming any where, as I had only 3 months to see and work in UK.

Isle of Skye, is a paradise on Earth,, and snow covering like a blanked whole of nearby places, we were really fortunate that the weather and road were perfect for our unplanned trip. We had to pass Glasgow, which changed my impression of Scotland altogether, a beautiful modern city with high raise buildings and beautiful town. I had an 1 % oppty to get into University of Glasgow 3 years back. But I am really happy what I am. When we got Sun light into the place, it was beautiful, horrifying at the sametime. The whole place was like a pencil sketch, black and white due to the blanket of snow. Remember to avoid ferry if you are going by car to isle of skye during weekends. We lost a lot of time travelling around to get the ferry less route.. Though there is less of visitor of spots like Elean and Donnan Castle ( For tamilians the Castle in which Kandukondain Kandukondain Aishwarya song was shot) it was closed, but we did have fun enroute stopping at scenic places, with over foot of snow covering over legs. The snow was killing our feets. The Neist point is 55 miles away from Skye Bridge, but its a beautiful place, with one way roads. and haunted houses and no human beings in sight for most of the journey... Neist point is a light house, and one of the extreme ends of UK region... Later I learnt tht its one of the best places for spotting Whales and Dolphins during season..

The drive in the mountains is the most unforgettable experience one could ever have, I was lucky to drive for around 100 miles.... it was a real great experience.. UK visitors dont miss Isle of Skye if u love the experience... for others it might be just another horrible place.. as we met an old guy who got diverted here due to trains to inverness where delayed due to bad weather..

And the good news is there is an Indian Restaurant...

Tussauds Wax museum, Indian connection

Hi, I recently visited Tussauds Wax Museum in London, wanted to share few random thoughts. First of all let me share the Tussauds shocking but interesting history.

Madame Tussaud was present in the age of French Revolution... She was working for a famous famous wax model artist in France. During the french revolution, as you always know lot of English Aristocrats ( Royal people, for others do u remember Scarlet Pimpernel novel in our High School English subject) were slaughtered, and Madame Tussaud was given the work for preserving wax model heads of famous English royal people. And thts how the begining of the worlds most famous entertainment empire was formed. Madame Tusaud learnt the art and started modelling famous people in wax. Beleive me or not we waited for more than 2 hours in 'Q' in London to enter the world famous wax museum.

Indian Connection.

As usual I was really excited to see the real life like wax statues of celebrities. I did have eye on one beautiful girl with black hair, but it sadly ended with just I was seeing her, but she wasnt bothered to see me back. When I entered, It was a real surprise as we cudnt distinguish wax statues with other people. and there was one statue of a girl with a camera in her hand trying to photograph Will Smith wax model, my friend and I were constantly trying to move away from her focus and apologising for obstructing her view, but finally we were laughing at each other as it was a wax model of a common girl with a cam trying to picture a wax model. Hats off to the tussauds team to come up with such exciting themes.

Now coming to the point, we were really surprised to see the amount of Indian idols ( No not the reality shows pls) starting from Ash, Amitabh Bachchan, Salman , Shah Rukh, Sachin, Gandhi Ji, Indira Gandhi Ji.. Wow .. my god , I realised the level of importance Indians have, hats off Indians wh0 have made us proud and made an impact in the whole world. There are really lot of people famous in the whole world but still an representative sample like Tussauds have an percentage of Indians really speaks of us.. I am not a patriot or something.. I really dont like most of the things happening in India. but still i really wanted to acknowledge this...
